Tyneside Golf Club Ladies
Section asked our design team to create a
website which was simple to update through MS
Frontpage. The aim of the site was threefold -
to keep current members up to date with
development within the club, to attract new
members to join the club and finally to
advertise the annual competitions run by TGLCS
for visitors.

Corpus Christi College
Boat Club (or CCCBC for short) is a college boat
club based in Oxford. They required a solution
which enabled them to keep content up to date
with no technical knowledge and as such, a
Content Management System was perfect for their
needs. Our design team installed the system,
customised it and adapted the information from
their old site to provide fresh content.

The University of
Manchester Chorus approached Checker Design with
a brief for a site which could easily be adapted
to add new pages and content. Included in this
was the requirement
that minor design modifications needed to be
simple to undertake.
With these criteria in mind, our design team chose to implement a site with solid colours throughout matching the image of the organisation. The text is interspaced with images to maintain a users interest. These images are setup on a banner rotation system so each time a page loads, a different image is displayed. www.universitychorus.org.uk |

Lifelong Financial
Services had an existing website in need of a
facelift and modernisation. One of the key
criteria for the new look was to tie in with the
business image with an emphasis on a consistent
colour being used throughout the site.
Incorporated into the site is a new feed of the most recent Reuters financial information allowing clients to stay up to date and providing dynamic content. www.lifelongfinancial.co.uk |

Heart Off Guard Theatre
Company approached Checker Design requiring a
website design which matched the image of their
production at the time, Beowulf.
Our design team came up with a themed website matching the character of the show. Since then, the site content has been updated however the image and style of the site was so successful that HOGTC decided to keep the design as it was. www.heartoffguard.co.uk |
